On this pioneering and powerful two day workshop, delegates will re-examine the used car department’s performance and pin-point those critical operational areas in need of urgent attention.
Their understanding and knowledge can be put to the test at an optional intensive 1 day IMI assessment centre (date to be advised) at an additional cost of £300.00
Delegates will need to successfully complete an online knowledge test and submit a monthly action plan derived from a comprehensive understanding of the critical used vehicle KPI’s. We will provide ongoing assessment throughout the programme, and delegates will receive a monthly coaching call for a six month period post course. This will ensure that delegates are able to implement a clear used vehicle stock policy and have the necessary management skills to run a successful used vehicle operation, in any economic environment.
